Water Kefir or Tibicos is a probiotic rich water or fruit based drink made with with a culture rich in probiotic Lactobaccillus  bacteria to boost your gut flora.

Our organically grown Water Kefir Grains come complete with an instruction sheet and well packaged to keep them safe during transit. There are enough grains for a first brew of up to 1 litre, and these will grow and multiply over time to make all the Water kefir you can handle.

These are organically grown using organic Fair Trade sugar and Turkish rasins.
