This is the culture, scoby, mother, or 'mushroom' you use to make Kombucha.

We grow our kombucha scobys using all organic ingredients and your organic Kombucha Culture, 'Scoby' or 'Mother' comes complete with an instruction booklet and the required starter tea for your first batch of up to 1 liltre to get you up and running straight away.
