By popular demand we are repeating our full day, comprehensive workshop this coming November where we teach you all about making your own probiotic drinks for better everyday health. With the growing awareness and popularity of Kombucha, we  cover Kombucha in plenty of detail, but we also spend as much time on other amazing probiotic drinks including Kefir, Tibicos (Water Kefir) and even Ginger beer, Tepache and a probiotic Lemonade!

Learn their origins, how to make them at home and most importantly why and how they can improve your overall health and energy levels.


Half theory and half practical with 3 fun practical sessions in the culture lab.

A great workshop for beginners, but also an opportunity to expand your repertoire if you've made kombucha (or others) before and want to learn about some new options.

Price includes as set of notes, morning tea with a generous sampling/tasting session of some of the drinks you can make and a fermentation culture of your choice to take home so you can get started straight away making your own healthy drinks.

When: Saturday the 16th November 2019

Time: 9am -3 pm. (or maybe a little longer as we often get a bit carried away with so much stuff to learn).
