Water Kefir or Tibicos is a probiotic rich water or fruit based drink made with with a culture rich in probiotic bacteria to boost your gut flora. Water kefir grains can be used to culture sugar water, fruit juice and are especially good in coconut water giving you a great dairy free probiotic drink

This complete Water Kefir Kit comes with everything you need to make Water Kefir except the water.

Kit includes:

1x Instruction sheet

3 x Tablespoons of organic Kefir grains culture*

1 x 1 litre glass fermenting jar with cloth cover and screw band

1 x 500g bag of organic Fair Trade golden cane sugar

1 x 250g bag of organic raisins

1 x nylon mesh sieve set.

2 x 300ml clear glass bottles to store it in.

*There are enough grains for a first brew of up to 1 litre, and these will multiply slowly over time to make all the Water kefir you can handle and then some.
